Don Jacobson

Don Jacobson was born and raised in New York City, and graduated with a B.A. degree in Management from the City University of New York.

Don Jacobson was born and raised in New York City, and graduated with a B.A. degree in Management from the City University of New York. For 10 years, Don managed Operations and Supply Chain departments for consumer products companies. He then turned his attention to supply chain recruiting and for the past 27 years, has specialized in recruiting and placing supply chain executives throughout North America.

Don is certified by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. He was a Partner at Hunt Ltd., and more recently was the Founder and Managing Partner of LogiPros LLC, a logistics recruiting firm.

Don is a regular contributor of topical human resource articles for DC Velocity magazine, the CSCMP Supply Chain Comment, and The WERCSheet, published by the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC). He is Past President of the NY/NJ/CT chapter of WERC.

Adam Lenhart

Adam brings 20+ years of executive level Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and Engineering recruitment experience to Optimum Supply Chain Recruiters. Adam began his recruiting consulting career at Lucas Group, one of the largest mid-market recruiting firms in the country. As an Executive Senior Partner, Adam averaged nearly 75 placements per year for nearly 9 years. He then became Vice-President of Stark Talent where he managed Stark’s National Search Practice. Upon the sale of Stark Talent, Adam became President of HART Executive Recruiting, a search firm focused on leadership roles in Private Equity, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and Engineering.

Upon graduating from the United States Air Force Academy, Adam served in the US Air Force as a Logistics Plans Officer and then worked in Congress as a National Security and Defense Advisor. He resides in Dallas, TX with his 3 children.

Brad Ferrell

Brad started his recruiting career at the Lucas Group, where he worked in the Supply Chain & Operations division as a full desk recruiter.

Brad started his recruiting career at the Lucas Group, where he worked in the Supply Chain & Operations division as a full desk recruiter.

Prior to making a career change into executive search, Brad spent 10+ plus years working in various supply chain and logistics roles in the building materials, CPG and construction industries. Reporting up to various directors and vice presidents, he has demonstrated experience-understanding organization’s pain points, asking the right questions to get down to the root cause, and promoting new ideas and concepts.

Brad graduated with his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston, before that completed his bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transportation with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University. During his undergraduate tenure, Brad was also a collegiate swimmer.

Brad is married to his wife, Kendy, and have two children.

Alexander J. Keechle is an experienced consumer products executive. Over the last 10 years, he was CEO of three private equity backed small cap consumer product companies.

Alexander J. Keechle is an experienced consumer products executive. Over the last 10 years, he was CEO of three private equity backed small cap consumer product companies in both retail and the e-commerce spaces. These unique roles gave exposure to every major US retail and global supply chain operations.

Before that, as Chief E-Commerce Officer, Alex grew the Populus Financial Group’s online business from start-up to over $100 million in revenue in 6 years. Alex has also had sales, marketing, finance and operational roles at Santander Consumer USA, and CapitalOne. Alex holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy.

Jorge brings 18 years of diversified experience in Operations and Manufacturing. As a former CEO (and Plant Manager), he understands the importance of hiring and retaining world-class teams and building long term relationships based on trust and respect.

His expertise has been in developing international production systems and supply chains.

Jorge holds a BBA in International Business Management from the University of Texas and earned a Black Belt in Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) which he has applied across the enterprise.

Residing in South Texas with his wife and 5 children, he supports the Shriners Children’s Hospitals and enjoys driving to remote beaches for camping and fishing on the Texas gulf coast. He is an avid reader in history, business, philosophy and geopolitics.
